This is a Bearing with plastic cover for carrier rollers. Cut pipes for rollers,remove burrs and Press-fit New Bears.

For a stainless-bearing type, we standardized a special product that inhibits
inner-wheel rotation and has hexagonal-shape inside (BD: 11mm). (See Figure 3)
A seal of a stainless-bearing type (SUS440C bearing) is gray-colored.
How to mount:
For a standard type, after chamfering the inside surface of a pipe (1.0C),
it can then be completed by simply pressing New Bears into a pipe as these are.

We take customization of deburring-/chamfering-free special products. The
mounting method is to insert two specialized New Bears into each end of a pipe,
and then press the both ends to fasten down the rollers. *As for custom-made products, contact us for a separate
